The contact information is supposed to be of service when local assistance is needed. It is always displayed at the login screen or accessible via the contact link in the status bar.
Device name | Here you can give the device a unique name that helps you identify it if help requests arrive. You are free to name it any way you want. This is not the network host name. The host name is set in the network settings. |

Contact | Enter up to 500 characters with your contact data. It should contain immerdiate contact data of the administrator or help desk. |
Changing the contact data will become effective immediately.
